Upon learning that Lexi’s favorite food is marshmallows, California reader,”Ygufyt,” age 8, invented this spectacular recipe in the hopes that I would share it with all the other marshmallow-connoisseurs out there. Always one to celebrate kids’ superpowers, I’m more than happy to do so.
If your child has recipe or craft suggestions, please submit them to emma at emmalesko.com and I will be happy to post them.
1 bag mini-marshmallows
6 snowman Peeps
Red Hot candies
Pour the marshmallows into a pan. Cook the marshmallows in the oven. The temperature should be 250. Turn the light on and watch the marshmallows melt. Take them out when they are melted and stir them. Stick the snowmen in and sprinkle with sprinkles and candy. Put it in the refrigerator and eat it when it’s cold.
